Deputy Manager - IT & SAP Controller

Qualifications:

BSc-IT, MCA or equivalent, SAP Certification (or hands on experience)

ROLE:

- Manage the IT department including the team.

- Lead the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and optimization of SAP systems (FICO, MM, SD, PP, AM, QM).

- Develop and execute IT and SAP strategies that align with business objectives.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify technology and system needs.

- Support business stakeholders with relevant reports and dashboards from SAP

- Provide technical support and training to staff - on Software, Hardware Usage and Maintenance and SAP processes.

- Ensure data security, storage, backup, and recovery protocols are in place and effective.

- Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

- Maintain, manage and recommend new technology solutions, vendors and support resources.

- Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.

- Develop and maintain MESO IT policies and procedures.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.

- Manage MESO new IT projects, including timelines, budgets, and resources - both cross functional and outsourced

- Advise/Correct/Impose wrong practices by stakeholders vis- vis SAP , Mail and Data .

- Negotiate with Vendors regarding Terms and Conditions, Price, Terms of Purchase.

- Maintain confidentiality of Data and Hardware access.
