Position Title - Deputy Manager - IT Audit Company - Leading NBFC Company Division / Department - Audit Location - Mumbai Job Description The position's main role is: - Planning and execution of internal audit assignments and achievement of Internal Audit Plan with special focus on IT controls Assisting seniors in developing risk based Internal Audit Plan 1. Assist Seniors in developing risk based internal audit plan 2. Acquire and demonstrate good knowledge of business processes and internal controls of the organization and changes therein with special focus on IT controls 3. Interaction with management team including Risk function team for the above 4. Ensure quality and consistency in preparation of risk-based audit programs Execution 5. Planning and execution of branch reviews/ process reviews / special reviews (audit planning, scoping, fieldwork, closure, reporting and following up for compliance) with special focus on IT controls 6. Audit Committee agenda preparation 7. Internal Audit project timeline management 8. Timely coordination and review of outsourced reviews 9. Presentation and discussion of deliverables with seniors and with management team 10. Monitoring open audit observations through mail and direct communication with management team 11. Ensuring maintenance of the working papers for work undertaken 12. Enhance internal audit knowledge and skills on a continuing basis. Salary Offered : 6-9 LPA
