Job Details for Internal Audit:

- Extraction of reports from SAP and preparation of various pre-defined and Adhoc reports.

- Manage reports on comparison between actual and Budget.

- Designing and implementing financial systems, policies and procedures in line with the corporate objectives to facilitate internal financial control in achieving organization's long term goals and vision.

- Perform the various analysis with SAP generated reports against physical reports (log books) related to production, quality & Material procurement.

- Maintaining, controlling and keeping the track of accounts receivable/payables to ensure minimization of outstanding level to minimize the risk of bad debt and loss of interest.

- Collected and studied data to determine costs of business activities.

- Involved in project planning

- Assisted in Decision making regarding various processes which result in better flow of the work and result in cost savings.

- Analyzing various process/application assuring the optimum utilization of available resources cost/time saving and improvement in productivity & profitability.

- Handle and help the team of auditors in various audits like:

a) Order to cash.

b) Procurement to payment.

c) General accounting audit & Fixed Assets audit.

d) Inventory and scrap management.

- Performed BOM analysis of various components manufactured.

- Done Input-output reconciliation for BOM and Non -BOM items.

- Handling of internal and statutory auditors.

- Performed detailed analysis for labour contractors payment and various other payments.

- Preparation & analysis of Monthly/ Quarterly & Half Yearly Business Reports, comparison of actual performance Compared to budgeted performance & corresponding variance analysis.

- Preparing cost benefit analysis of existing projects for leadership decision making

Note: Experience in handling audit assignments for manufacturing clients is mandatory.
