Organization: Global audit, accounting and consulting group  Location: Gurgaon  Role: Deputy Manager Internal Audit  Expertise:  - Must have strong knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.  - Should have handled internal audit assignments earlier.  - Ability to prioritize, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.  - Should be able to lead and motivate subordinates.  - Excellent presentation and English communication skills required.  - Should be a team player with a proactive and result oriented approach.  Roles & responsibilities:  - Audit planning, execution and finalization.  - Manage and mentor team of consultants assigned to project; execute and complete assigned projects within the time, scope, and budget negotiated with the client  - Design prototypes and proof of concepts that best fit the client's needs; ensure client's satisfaction until the project is complete.  - Evaluate existing systems and procedures making recommendations for improvement  - Statutory compliance under various laws such as income tax act, sales tax etc.  - Regular submissions/ postings to knowledge databases.  - Establish & maintain good working relationships with clients (adapt to changed work environment at different clients/ locations).  Qualification:  UG - any graduate  PG - Chartered Accountant,
