Position: Deputy Manager - CMI/insights
Job description:
- Manage all Ad Hoc studies like ad / concept / product tests, channel / Market eval studies etc
- Evaluate research needs of the organization and consult on appropriate research solutions
- Commission projects and ensure proper agency briefing
- Ensure appropriateness of Research stimuli e.g. briefs, proposals, Qre and other stimulus
- Ensure timelines and authenticity of fieldwork and overall project
- Ensure validity / robustness of data and reports in line with internal needs
- Handhold internal teams on research findings and help roll out subsequent auctioning
- Support on Organizational / Strategic Initiatives
- Leveraging consumer insights and marketing knowledge to drive / support cross functional initiatives like customer service, employee engagement etc.
- Collating feedback from internal clients to identify need gaps / bottlenecks in understanding or rolling out reports
- Budgetary planning and Statutory Compliance
- Initiating annual planning and budgeting exercise for market research (primary) and marketing (secondary)
- Monitoring and implementing annual plans and budget
Experience:
- Looking for a resource with 2-3 yrs of CR /Quant experience with a reputed agency like IMRB,TN,IMRB,IPSOS.
- Category experience/BFSI is a must
- Client side exposure would be an added advantage
