- To ensure harmonious industrial relations in the whole plant

- Ensuring Manpower planning with warehouse Head and recruiting officers with coordination with Corporation HR. According to the process and the system.

- Managing contract labor as per requirement.

- Ensuring legal compliance in the plant according to the law.

- Representation of labor disputes before Labor Officers and Labor Courts

- Decision making with the Labor Department and other relevant government officials

- Conduct domestic inquiries. Identifying training needs and ensuring the training and development of officers and workers.

- Ensure timely evaluation of officers and workers.

- Ensuring employee welfare initiatives

- To manage the general administration of the plant.

- Management of various committees

- Playing an important role in long-term pay slips (LTWS)
