Opening with a leading manufacturing company for the position of a Deputy Manager-HR
Location : Powai
Please note : Male Candidates only
CTC : 7 lacs to 10.5 lacs max
Role Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition across functions for the organization at PAN India level
- Preparing Job profiles, discussing the same with the functional heads, and make amendments accordingly, if required
- To administer various ways of recruitment i.e. Job Portal, Campus Interviews, Employee Referral program, networking, head hunting & empanelment of quality recruitment consultants etc.
- To acquire Manpower Requisition Forms from the functional heads for all positions
- Initial screening of candidates & thus ensuring the quality of candidates as per the requirement
- Discussing the Salary Components with the candidates and managing negotiations, if any.
- Ensure smooth Orientation & Induction program for the new joinees
- Tie up with best consultants in the industry for placement of right candidates. Negotiating on 'Terms and Conditions' and finalizing the agreement.
- Conducting Reference Check & Exit Interviews
- Maintaining MIS of candidate’s database, monthly recruitment reports, Exit & Reference check reports.
- To coordinate Employee Recognition/Motivation activities
- Coordinating attendance of sales personnel.
- Maintaining leave records and personal records.
- Responsible for recruitment-joining – induction formalities.
- Ensuring timely salary payout to the sales personnel.
- Fulfilling statutory compliance such as Professional tax, ESI, PF pertaining to sales personnel.
- Coordinating with mediclaim authorities for proper claims.
- General administration-Stationary, rental agreements of sales offices, depots etc., agreements with outsourcing contractors, vehicle, hotels, travelling etc
- Organizing product launch events, get-together as per company’s requirement with proper approval and policy.
- Organizing training as per requirement.
- Coordinating with Accounts department for timely payment to Statutory and HR related vendors.
- Associating with HO HR team to fill up the gaps as and when required.
