Role: Deputy Manager HR

Headcount: 500

Work culture: 5 days' work from office (no hybrid)

Location: Sector 38, Gurgaon

Talent Acquisition & On Boarding

a. Understanding the company's business directions and requirements and its analysis on priority basis across all domains of the business

b. Developing Process mechanism to facilitate the right resource at right time

c. Planning, Acquiring, Building, and maintaining Organization's Human capital, Hiring Analysis, Salary fitments for new hires

d. Employee induction and Orientation - Design and plan induction program, deliver induction training, and Imbibe organization's key beliefs and core values to all new employees

HR Operations

a. Formulation of HR & Personnel Policies and SOPs to strengthen the organizational culture as well as face value

b. Ensure values, mission, and vision of the organization to be known, understood, and practiced by everyone in the organization

c. To ensure high degree of employee motivation and retention

d. Exit Management - Data analysis, monitor and assimilate with Company policy

e. Delivering HR Services at lowest cost, maximum convenience with highest quality and standards

Compensation and Benefits Management:


- Design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits structure considering business environment and industry benchmarking while appropriately rewarding the skills and performance. Introduced performance linked variable pay across functions and levels. Should have good undertraining and hands-on experience working with Mercer tolls for Compensations and Benefits like IPE, TRS etc

Learning and Development

a. Formulating the policy of learning and development as per the need (Both organizational and Employees) and future requirements

b. Budget planning, monitoring and optimum utilization of the Training Budget

c. Identifying the Training needs across levels through mapping of skills required and analysis of the existing level of competencies of individuals vis- vis the gaps in skills and implementation of learning mechanism

d. Mapping the Self Development Plan for all Employees & linkage of the same to career & succession planning. Evaluation & capture the post training effectiveness and its analysis

Performance Management System

a. Yearly monitoring the Performance Management System revolving around Competencies (Based on Balance Score Card (BSC) and as per Organization need and cultural fitment,

b. Implementation of 'Performance Management System' through workshops & the KRA setting for all the staff based on current business requirement

c. Timely completion of Half-yearly and annual evaluation process

Personnel & Administration

a. Supervising the compliances of all statutory/ legal requirements i.e. P.F., E.S.I., Bonus etc. which includes preparation and submission of half yearly, annual return & various monthly challans for PAN India branches and HO

b. To ensure strict compliance & adherence to all statutory enactment as applicable to a factory and companies' establishment

c. Leading the team in standardizing the processes to address the day-to-day administrative requirements
