Deputy Manager HR


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Accountabilities Major Activities:

Monitoring and Follow-up:

a. Monitor to check that companies are putting up right details of the Job

b. Monitor applications against jobs are timely acted upon and if required follow up with the respective HR teams or managers of the position.

c. Ensure proper and timely data sharing is happening between the group companies for making offer letters and subsequent documents to onboard the employee in the hiring company

d. To give seamless support to all the HR SPOCs on real time basis

e. To ensure that all the processes are followed well within TAT

f. Collecting the sanity data and uploading the same as per TAT

Platform Management & Trouble Shooting:

a. Interact with the platform vendor to ensure smooth functioning of the platform and in case of any issue manage the trouble shooting

b. Drive the development and upgradation of the platform with new and additional functionalities which will be required from time to time

c. Perform UAT of the new functionality before rolling them out

d. Conducting market study to understand the latest features/platform solutions available to enhance the platform further

Dashboards:

a. Create monthly dashboards on the overall Group IJP platform

b. Create monthly dashboard on the status and movement to be shared with MD & CEO

Experience Management & Communication:


a. Connect with moving employees through Group IJP process to understand their experience and action on any gaps or improvement opportunity

b. Creating communication and marketing collaterals for the Group IJP platform and ensure its cascaded to all employees across group companies

Stakeholder Management:


a. Organize and conduct meetings with HR SPOC to ease out any gaps in the process

b. Vendor management to ensure right & timely resolution to all queries

Other Initiatives:

a. Support other team members in operationally execute other Talent Initiatives

b. To be part of the team to drive and execute other group level programs and initiatives

c. Supporting in all HR Generalist initiatives & activities

3. MAJOR CHALLENGES:

- Dealing with Various Stakeholders & HR SPOCs for monthly reports and employee transition processes

- Deep diving with HR SPOCs with an eye for detail to identify possible challenges

4. DECISIONS:

Decisions made by job holder:

1) Enhancement in process, practice & system

3) Dashboard, Report and Communication content, forms & formats

4). SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA with background of HR

- Experience in HR platform/project management

Functional Skills & Behavioral Skills:

- Proficient in MS Office

- Negotiation Skills

- Project Management

Relevant and total years of Experience:

- Minimum total Relevant experience in HR function is 4-5 years
