Job Responsibilities :
- Looking after entire gambit operations of HR.
- Organizational and process trainings and implementing effective evaluation / coaching techniques to bridge performance gaps
- Responsible for designing and delivering behavioural, organizational and process trainings and implementing effective evaluation/ coaching techniques to bridge performance gaps
- Responsible for gathering training/ learning requirements to confirm and prepare training schedules
- Training and Development
- Formulated Visual Training Modules
- Managing e- learning on Cornerstone platform
- Exposure to conduct Assessment centre, Coaching, Mentor - Mentee Concept.
- Arrange Training programme or learning sessions to white collar & blue collar employees.
- Quality Circle Coordination in the Organization
- Performance Management
- Take initiative towards Kaizen Scheme
- Coordinating Education and Training pillar under TPM
