- Manpower Planning
- Recruitment & Selection
- Performance Appraisal
- Handling Employee Grievances
- Compensation & Benefits
- Employee Welfare Activities
- General Admin
- Heading day to day functions.
Experience:
- Hands on exposure in Recruitment and Industrial Relations in a unionized environment
- Labour Statutory Requirement
- Capable to handle the HR, Administration and IR functions of the Plant
Skill:
- Knowledge of statutory compliance.
- Analytical and Computer Skill
- Well versed with Factories and other relevant Acts.
Plant HR is highly preferable
