Job Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition - To acquire right skills sets with minimum lead time using multiple resources for HO/RSO & the Manufacturing Units.
- Induction & Exits - Proper induction for all new joinees; Updation of Organization Charts for all functions; Conduct exit interviews and exit analysis.
- PMS - Effective implementation of performance management system for management staff through timely reviews and related actions
- Employee Development - Ensure Training & Development programs as per the organizational needs.
