Our Client is Hiring Deputy Manager - HR in Ahmedabad Location ( Diversity Hiring ) Qualification: MBA in HR Experience: 7 to 9 years JOB RESPONSIBILITY Primary Responsibility - Recruit Quality manpower as per manpower requirements within stipulated lead time at branch offices to help branch achieve targets. - Ensure smooth implementation of Performance Management system in branch offices to ensure achievement of branch objectives. - Implement Reward and Recognition program at branch office locations to create culture of recognition for high performers - Ensure implementation of behavioural and functional training for Branch employees as per TNI to enhance capability of branch employees. - Evolve an employee grievances system to resolve issues of employees that would help in better retention. - Conduct Exit interviews of employees who are separating from the organization and implement the outcome to reduce attrition and make the environment a better place to work. - Ensure effective implementation of HR policies in branches. - Enhance employee engagement through the implementation of unique engagement initiatives. - Complete Exit formalities, F&amp;F working and calculations for the resigned employees - Ensure joining formalities and documentation for new joinees at branches. - Release joining note for new joinees at branches. - Ensure basic infrastructure facilities like seating arrangement, stationary, laptop, cabin based on grades are made available to the incoming new joinee - Ensure manpower requisition is raised ensure the following: JD, Organization structure, KRA, Business plan and timeline for recruitment is available.
