COMPANY : JK Organization POSITION : HR Deputy Manager (Corporate) 1) Responsible for end to end HR Generalist role (recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, vendor management etc). 2) Responsibility to execute and organize corporate learning and organization development initiatives, conferences, customized training & MDPs, Induction programs, People Management Award etc. 3) To plan calendar of monthly corporate HR council meetings, prepare agenda and minutes. 4) To collect & collate information on important HR metrics on monthly basis, analysis of trends. 5) Calculation of total expenses of various corporate initiatives, coordination with accounts team, arranging payments to vendors, etc. 6) Automation of various HR initiatives. 7) Designing & cascading Policies & processes.
