Job Description :

- Assessing key functions of the HR domain with respect to the HR strategy and Business strategy

- Gather requirements for functional enhancements and develop project plans for the same

- Initiate projects and drive them along with the key stakeholders to deliver impact

- Analyzing and assessing all functions of HR to develop and align them with the strategic initiatives

- Developing the people, processes, and technologies to alleviate the HR function

- Collaborating with business to proactively assess needs, build strategy and ensure implementation of strategy across the company

- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, team members, and other stakeholders

- Will go in-depth into process and redesign and redefine best practices
