Roles & Responsibilities :
1. HR Transformation :
- Assessing key functions of the HR domain with respect to the HR strategy and Business strategy
- Gather requirements for functional enhancements and develop project plans for the same
- To initiative and drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to further enhance company's high performing culture and business objectives
- Ensuring that the projects are delivered end-to-end
- Analyzing and assessing all functions of HR to develop and align them to the strategic initiatives
- Developing the people, processes and technologies to alleviate the HR function
- To manage a portfolio of strategic Human Resource / OD people projects, ensuring full integration and alignment across projects and business units, applying an implementation, monitoring and governance approach to program delivery
- Develop broad collaborative relationships with stakeholders and ensure the efficient delivery of HR / OD programs and projects
- Tracking and timely communicating progress to all relevant stakeholders
- Work with various HR domains to drive discipline, change and best practices
2. Project Management :
- Being an enabler to drive change initiatives with stakeholders and wider teams
- Taking up and facilitating ad hoc projects and deliverables related to the HR strategy
- Able to drive and supervise projects across different functions, teams and geographies
- Define stakeholder groups and the level and frequency of stakeholder participation in a project
- Be adept with project management tools and techniques
- Establish and maintain a usable and well-communicated schedule for all phases of a project (planning through execution / ongoing management)
- Track and report status on projects being completed by individuals/teams across various stakeholder groups
- Ensuring timely delivery of the project within the agreed quality and efficiency parameters
- Initiate change if modifications are required in the project scope, timeline or resources
- Driving the outcomes and initiatives drawn out of the project's findings
- Understand and apply various change-management models
- Understand and evaluate the steps in the post-implementation review and evaluation of project outcomes during the project Closing process, including obtaining feedback from stakeholders and project team members
- Collaborate with other HR team members to create efficient, consistent and scalable solutions across the space
- Ensure project, process and regulatory compliance
3. Analytics :
- Support development and enhancement of HR Reporting and analytics
- Identify and recommend process and efficiency improvements for current reporting capabilities as well as data capture and categorization
- Ability to analyze the data and take decisions based on observations
- Proficient in analyzing trends
- Regular review of talent acquisition status and team contribution
- Efficient in driving numbers across geographies and teams
Knowledge, Skills & Experience :
- MBA in HR from a reputed institute
- Competent in HR fundamentals and latest global practices
- Excellent people management skills
- Sharp Business Acumen
- Must be proficient at successfully managing multiple and competing priorities in a fast paced environment
- Excellent Business communication skills
- Strong eye for detail and ability to multi-task
- High on assertiveness and project management
- Highly Numerate with good analytical and quantitative skills - ability to research, develop and produce meaningful analysis from multiple streams of data
- Ability to objectively analyze current practices, identify improvement opportunities, and lead the implementation and change/transition scenarios
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience of working on own initiative and completing projects end to end
