CTC : 7lacs to 10 lacs

Location : Mumbai (Candidates from Mumbai and pune only)

Supporting Actions

1. Execute satisfactory closure of legal issues related to employees across India.

2. Closely monitor and coordinate with Legal dept. for all employee related issues and ensure closure of these issues satisfactorily within defined TAT.

3. As part of the Alert Committee being one point of contact to ensure execution of the actionable (Eg. Terminations, Warnings etc.), for the cases related to frauds, misappropriation, unethical business practices, other financial irregularities etc.

4. Timely and regular reporting MIS on various employee legal issues faced by the dept to the management.

5. Timely and regular reporting of MIS on terminations etc. across and sharing the same with the Zones.

6. Coordinate with Regional/Zonal HR for timely investigation of cases and ensure satisfactory closure within defined TAT.

7. To recommend course of action to be taken basis findings in concurrence with Head Sales - HR after discussion with advocates / legal dept. (wherever necessary).

8. To study historical data and analyze trends based on various classification and recommend corrective measures to reduce ER issues.

To execute defined processes to increase compliance level at branches.

1. Design and communicate periodic reports and MIS.

2. To prepare SOP on compliance & communicate / educate the same to branches & zones.

3. To monitor periodically & ensure 98% plus at all times.

To educate, communicate branches on compliance processes and improve awareness levels at the branches.

1. Continuous communication to the branches – directly /through ZHR to improve upon compliance awareness and its implementation.

2. To ensure all branch resources are aware of compliance matrix to be maintained.
