We have an opportunity for the role of Deputy Manager HR with a Cement Manufacturing Co in Mumbai.
Job details as follows:
- Manager - HR will serve as a business partner to managers, supervisors, and employees across the organization by performing a variety of complex, professional level work in the multiple functional areas of Human Resources.
- The incumbent will provide leadership and counsel to business partners in issue resolution, policy and process development, adherence and renewal to ensure legal compliance, as well as maintaining a strategic and operational view that links the role of HR to business needs.
Qualifications:
- MBA (Human Resources, Labor Relations or related field)
- Minimum of 5+ to 10 years of Human Resources experience (Generalist, Staffing, Compensation, Employment Law, Training, Employee Relations, (HRIS)
