Job Description :

1. Responsible for labour law compliance for all offices / Sites in India. Liaison with Company's Legal Team, Labour Law consultant, Compliances Vendors / Partners to engage with government authorities to ensure timely completion of compliances under various laws as applicable for respective Offices / sites.

2. Responsible for ensuring guidance to Company's Management in case any change required in Company's policies and practices due to change in Country / State labour law. Point of contact for any guidance to all functions related to policies and practices from Country / State labour law perspective

3. Own management and employee communication on any law and order situation in any center. Manage dawn raids / labour inspection for all centers in India.

4. Proactively engage with Business Leaders / Managers in their Business Expansion Plans and ensure HR Compliance Agenda is incorporated in the plan and compliant to the respective state legal requirements

5. Developing and executing statutory compliance review mechanism, monitor progress and ensuring 100% compliances.

6. Ensuring statutory compliance falling under various rules & regulations pertaining to HR such as Minimum Wages Act, ESI, EPF, Bonus, Gratuity, Maternity, Shop and establishment Act, Factories act & other social schemes etc.,

7. Driving POSH in the organization effectively

8. Design and implement the Disciplinary matrix in line with labour compliances.

9. Conduct training workshop with all HR partners and Line managers in setting the importance of compliance,

Qualification : MSW with LLB degree

Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in a corporate.

Computer literacy and excellent oral & written communication skills is a must.

Knowledge and exposure of manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Understanding of cross-functional dynamics

Exposure to statutory compliance, Employee Services and Compensation

Requires Pan India Travelling
