Designation - Deputy Manager HRBP
- Human Resource Planning in coordination with business
- Manage end to end recruitment process including sourcing (TS), screening, shortlisting and assessing candidates.
- Planning and conducting Interview in coordination with business
- Conduct HR interviews to check the candidate's suitability for R&D positions.
- Requirement listing of MTs/GETs/Campus Laterals;
- Participate in shortlisting and interview process
- GETs and MTs induction process Project identification, guide identification, evaluation of projects etc.
- Summer Internships-Invite letter, Identification of Project Guide, Project, Evaluation, Stipend etc.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth on boarding
- Preparing for Exit Analysis and monitoring Attrition rate; conducting exit interviews
