- Ensuring that Headcount for each line of business / department and overall for the company is managed effectively within the budgeted headcount.
- Ensuring that Business case is made and approvals sought for every position ( new / replacement) Seek information and details with respect to headcount requests including levels at which a position is being hired.
- Ensure that manpower requirements across all lines of business and across all locations are met effectively within specified TATs.
- Driving the employee referral programs for various positions
- Cost Management
- Ensuring that all MIS & reports pertaining to recruitment are made in time and with accuracy.
- Reviewing all recruitment related processes for efficient TAT.
- Lead automation / process enhancement for Pan India recruitment.
- Ability to manage expectations of Business heads through the cycle of hiring.
- Ensure that all of the Core Function Processes are managed effectively. Hiring processes like background verification, consultant agreements & payments and payouts to candidates on notice period buyout are all audit compliant.
- Drive Employee engagement activities PAN India.
