Deputy Manager - Financial Reporting - CA - BFSI

Looking for Chartered Accountants only

- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in financial accounting

- Strong working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP); Statutory Accounting Principles (SAP) preferred

- Strong analytical and project management skills. Previous experience in preparing financial schedules for regulatory agencies preferred

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to perform effectively in matrix relationships

- Ability to understand and influence the necessary and appropriate actions to ensure completion and filing of all required reports by mandated deadlines

- Expertise in financial analysis/ability to think outside the box

- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work with all levels of management across all functional areas and local, regional, and corporate entities

- Change agent- capability, working with management to identify value-added opportunities and develop creative approaches to problem solving related to financial regulatory reporting
