Deputy Manager - Financial Planning - Healthcare

Brief Role Description:

Narayana One Health is in the process of setting up a strategic team tasked with bringing healthcare closer to patients.

The initiative involves establishing primary and secondary care services that are easily accessible to patients and supported by hyper-responsive processes built to prioritize patient needs and satisfaction.

The initiative aims to bridge the gap between hospital care offerings and patients' everyday healthcare needs, providing them access to a continuum of care tailored to their specific healthcare requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage in business planning and forecasting for the integrated care business.

- Periodic circulation of various profitability reports.

- Consistent communication of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).

- Analysing competition to establish benchmarks for the integrated care business.

- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to streamline data processes and develop tailored dashboards.

- Engage in documenting processes and participating in the audit program for the integrated care business.
