Position- Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - FP&A Location - Noida Sector -125 Reports to: CFO Team Size : This position will act as CFO office and will work closely with finance , strategy and business team. KRA's - 1) Preparation of strategic plan/ business plans/operating plans/budgets for the business 2) Identify and drive variations from the budgets v/s actuals and giving key strategic initiatives for the business to achieve budgeted numbers 3) Developing and auditing Financial Model 4) Create business development pitches to capture new business 5) Data analysis including operational KPIs and financial KPIs of the business 6) Preparation of project reports, MIS and presentations to the Board 7) Collection and analysis of industry and competitor data and trend 8) Planning and Execution of Post -Merger Integration Experience, Education & Competencies 1) BE / B.Tech with MBA from top business school 2) 3+ years' experience as Business Analyst/ Business Strategy Manager 3) Strong leadership skills required.
