1. Monthly book closure and variance analysis :
- Monthly reporting of results to parent organization and Indian management
- Month Closing and review of various PL & Balance sheet heads
- Explaining variances with respect to projections and actual
2. Monthly MIS :
- Preparation and analysis of Management reports with suitable recommendations
- Ad-hoc reporting to support management decision making
- Reporting to headquarters with strict adherence to reporting calendar
- Coordination with inter-functional teams to prepare quality MIS and also enhancing company's business knowledge for long term professional growth
3. Projections :
- Preparation of monthly projections for different channels and categories
- Liaising with various stakeholders across organization to ensure accurate and timely submission
4. Annual Planning (Financial and Capital) :
- Aiding Finance Manager in preparation of financial plan for one to five year horizon
- Taking sole responsibility for planning and reviewing Direct and Indirect operating expenses
- Liaising with different stake holders for preparation of Capital plan and analysing financial viability of different projects.
