Job/Project Description :

- Forming second line for FPA function

- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.

- Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews - MIS Reporting,

- VBU related analytics and support.

- Various Reports for Board, Audit Committee & Investors.

- Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a seniors based on sound analysis.

- Analyze past results, perform variance analysis; identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.

- Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.

- Reporting on financial performance and preparation for regular leadership reviews

- Guide SGA cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures.

- Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function.

- Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance.

- Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance Projects as assigned by Management.

- Drive business modeling

- Manage SGA budget

- Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools and Excel dashboards.

- Increases productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools.

- Understand and facilitate the integration of business processes, people, and relevant technology, in order to identify, configure, and communicate useful information, and to provide practical business leadership to drive business decision making across the company.

- Identifying Cost Optimization opportunities, Bench marking Cost.

- Strategic projects Manage cascade with lot of new reports and new initiatives like consolidation & Stakeholders Management.

Skills & Experience - Experience of listed company a must

- Must have strong core business skills including influencing, stakeholder management and presentation skills

- Oral & Written communication and Presentation skills

- Crisis management skills

- Experience working with cross functional teams

- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Education - MBA (Top Tier B School) and/or

- CA and/or

- CMA
