Job Title: Deputy Manager- Financial due diligence

Role Description: Analysis of financial statements for various purposes

Job Description/KRA's :

- Managing team size of 8-10 people

-Undertaking complex financial due diligence assignments for clients

-Evaluating the effect of seasonal/cyclical changes on cashflow requirements

- Analyzing various financial statements

- Assisting in identifying pre/post acquisition issues

- Delivering error free projects on time

KPI :

-Delivering project on time as per the clients requirements

Desired Candidate :

- CA /MBA in Finance with 6-8 years of post qualification experience

- Experience in the field of financial planning and analysis

- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

- Team Handling experience is must

- Willingness to travel, when necessary
