Job Title: DM FINANCE

Reporting To: CFO

Experience: Post Qualification 7 years to 13 years

Location: Bangalore (Harohalli)

Qualification: ICWA Mandatory

Position Summary:

- Plant Controller for ensuring correct accounting, improving productivity, working on capital projects etc.

Responsibilities:

- Plant Controller for ensuring correct accounting, improving productivity, working on capital projects etc.

- Person should well versed with Statutory Audit exposure

- Managing end to end responsibilities for plant accounting.

- Working with plant manager to ensure timely submission of plan/ forecast/ budget

- Costing of products based on standard costing and comparisons with plan etc.

- Working closely with manufacturing team to drive the targets

- Developing creative reports to get deeper insight into the factory and operations

- Define, identify and track appropriate metrics, KPIs and associated drivers to track the performance of the plant.

- Support in projects, capital spending, contract evaluation etc.

- Drive financial review of new products.

- Control on inventory, productivity, utilization matrix

- Worked on SAP or any other ERP system.
