Deputy Manager - Finance & Controls - FMCG

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate, timely, and comprehensive financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analyses.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to ensure alignment with the company's financial goals.

3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks to protect the company's assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations, standards, and best practices, and manage relationships with external auditors and government agencies.

5. Cost Control: Monitor and control expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.

6. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

7. Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management to maintain liquidity and optimize investment opportunities.

8. Tax Strategy: Develop and execute tax strategies to minimize the company's tax liability while ensuring compliance with tax laws.

9. Financial Systems: Leverage and generate reports and MIS from financial systems and technology (SAP) to support efficient financial operations.
