Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts - Healthcare - CA

Job Purpose:

- Candidate will provide Senior Management with necessary data/MIS to help them take effective decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Monthly MIS (including PnL, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement) and assisting in the month-end closure activities.

- Do the root-cause analysis of variances in the numbers pertaining to separate periods and provide commentary for the same.

- Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.

- Prepare and share Investor Reports/MIS as and when required.

- Preparation of CFO/CEO investor decks, board meeting decks, etc.

- Provide necessary data to Senior Management and Business teams for their decision making.

- Lead the preparation and closure of annual budget for entire company.

- Preparation of financial outlooks and financial models as and when needed.

- Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and capex investment decisions.

- Work with department heads to develop business plans.

- Monitor KPIs and trends regularly and highlight red flags if any.

Skill Sets :

- Advanced excel and presentation skills.

- Be comfortable in communicating with Senior Management.

- High Analytical Skills and Number Crunching Capabilities
