Urgent Opening with a Japanese Conglomerate.

Location- Chennai

Education - CA (First Attempt)

Requisite-

1. Candidate should have strong knowledge and work experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Ind AS (Indian Accounting Standards).

2. Candidate should have worked in an MNC

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop models and maintain relationship with bankers for funding requirements

- Responsible for monthly preparation and review of financials and ensure that targets are met including variance analysis

- Preparation of Budgets and Action Plan

- Monthly and quarterly reporting of financials and Management Reports to Hitachi Head Quarter in Japan for Consolidation

- Sound knowledge in INDAS,IFRS, ICFR and ICDS

- Analyze capital investment and ensure proper calculations of depreciation, lease rentals and interest expense

- Establishing processes to recognize revenue and Costs

- Financial and Cost Analysis

- Hands on experience in direct and indirect taxes like commercial taxes of various states and Excise, Service tax and Corporate Taxes compliance with same without any delay.

- Preparation of variance analysis and reasons with budget and action plan

- Providing all kinds of Information based on the requirement from Internal and External bodies

- Preparation of monthly profit and loss statement and balance sheet.

- Preparation of cash Flow statements.

- Periodical analysis of Revenue.

- Good Working Knowledge in SAP.
