Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts

We are hiring for Deputy Manager Finance for a B2B Ecommerce startup based in Mumbai.

The person will be responsible for:

- Accounts Payable (P2P)

- Approval and review of vendor invoices of daily basis.

- Implementing P2P Policy

- Connect with GSB Team on improvising Advance Payment/ Implementing PO Process and 3 way match and enabling auto emailer of payment advice/Travel Reimbursement (Visibility on travel desk provision and settlement)

- Monthly/Quarterly Connect on Salary Ledger and reconciliation.

- Review of Credit Card Payment Process and Entries in the books, Credit Card Tracker for payment

- Review of Bank Reconciliation

- Review of Vendor Ageing

- Monthly book closure as per SOP

- Maintaining tracker of cash Inflow and Outflow

Statutory Compliances:

- Ensuring compliance with respect to all Direct and Indirect Tax matters

- Ensuring Fund requirement and utilization for timely payments as per business requirement

Audit:

- Ensuring closure of various Audit with respect to P2P and Taxation

Requirements:

- Qualified CA with 3 - 6 years of experience in a Accounts Payables / Finance and Accounts role.

- Experience with a startup is preferred.
