Job Description:
- To provide an expertise support in quick analyzing and resolving product and application related quality issues of products at the marketplace.
- This reduces warranty cost, enhances customer satisfaction and also triggers long term corrective action in back-end processes.
- A much higher level of study/observation, analysis and decision making on CA/PA is involved for addressing complex customer issues.
- It requires close coordination with Regional Customer Care for speedy & satisfactory closing out complaints at site. Resolve 2nd level complaints (through site visits, study/analysis of causes & initiate improvements at Comakers) in close coordination with regional customer care team and close out all CRS within timeframe.
- Spread / share know-how on new technology & complaint findings within cross functional team to ensure no recurrence/occurrence of complaints.
