Deputy Manager - EDU Controller - R&D - Vehicle

Job purpose:

To design & development of a suitable controller for e-bike, 2W through supplier & inhouse. And design coordination for developing the app for vehicle parameters monitoring & control through Bluetooth, Cloud

Roles & responsibilities:

- Designing e-bike controller using relevant tools - Labview, Matlab or any equiv.

- Developing e-bike controller with supplier or internal

- Coordination with R&D team, internal, Supplier during entire stages of project

- Creating the Functional & DVP plan

- Controller line setup co-ordination for supplier & internal

Functional competencies

- Technical understanding of e-bike controller

- Technical understanding of e-bike controller Architecture

- Technical understanding of various controlling methods

- Sine, Square, FOC

- Awareness & basic understanding of relevant testing standard at Component & Vehicle level

- Development of a controller using supplier or internal

- Good understanding of Controller Harness & its development using supplier or internal

- Basic understanding of controller applicable compliance like AIS & EN

- Good understanding in setting up the controller line with supplier or internal

- Good understanding in Controller calibration with various e-bike motors

- Awareness & basic understanding of motor coil & its protection
