Deputy Manager - eCommerce Clients - General Insurance

- Extremely organized, meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

- Prospecting potential e-commerce clients for successful and profitable alliance for the various LOB- s

- Accountable and responsible for onboarding e-commerce clients which includes Corporate Agency Documentation, web services integration and end to end setup.

- Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities.

- Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders across different functions, working on product mix portfolio, product positioning, process options and marketing pitch.

- Along with delivery equally capable of other managerial aspects like mentoring, technical knowhow, connect with senior stake holder in the business and client.

- Strong engagement management skills, Drives and influences new initiatives/ roadmaps

- Facilitates value creation/ innovation and solutions

- Helps in Business development/ Pre sales and growth.

- Responsible for achieving the defined business sales targets

- Identify and commoditize best practices across markets

- Drive continuous improvement to create efficiencies/ improve products/services
