PURPOSE: To handle brand's digital marketing roadmap. Role involves managing performance marketing for the brand, website upkeep, CRM campaigns, paid media strategy & e-com partner marketing.

- Lead the digital marketing efforts for amant India - formulate & lead digital communication with a specific focus on performance & growth campaigns.

- Handle the brand ecommerce website - responsible for generating sales & revenue and delivering on sales & conversion KPIs.
- Via formulation & execution of monthly media plans including FB/ Insta/ Google / Email/ Affiliates/ OTT etc

Website Front:
- Liaise with the digital agency to handle on-going SEO efforts & Website tech related deliverables.

CRM Front:
- Liaise with CRM agency to formulate & execute monthly campaigns and analytics

- AMS - Supervise & execute monthly AMS plans for amazon & sale days participation.

Education Qualification:
Bachelor's/ MBA Degree in Marketing, Business or other relevant field of study.
Professional Experience:
- 6+ years of experience, in online marketing / digital marketing.
- Experience in making data-driven decisions, developing customer insights from data and create communication strategies incorporating them. Ability to use hard data and metrics to back up feature and customer segmentation recommendations.
- Should be extremely comfortable to work with AdWords, FB ads, SEO , GA.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task, dynamically prioritize work and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
