Responsibilities: - To suggest, prepare plan &amp; execute CSR projects under guidance - CSR projects execution includes needs identification, plan preparation, implementation, Media coverage &amp; corporate reports &amp; CSR MIS - Using internal communication to reinforce the company's social responsibility policies - To understand community social &amp; economical needs &amp; execute CSR projects for maintaining smooth community relations in line on meeting the business requirements - Interaction Complexity &amp; reason for interaction - Internal :- CSR Committee- For CSR surveys &amp; functions &amp; related help - Internal:- Head Office- For CSR projects guidance, reporting &amp; MIS - External:- Government Bodies, Sarpanch, social leaders, journalist, schools for understanding community needs &amp; CSR project execution Desired Candidate Profile: - Graduation ( Any Discipline), MBA ( Human Resources), MSW,MLW - 8+ years of relevant experience in the field - Good Knowledge &amp; experience in CSR function - Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, meeting established timelines, quality and design objectives. - Effective written and oral communication skills. - Strong teamwork skills required. - Candidates residing or willing to relocate to Ennore may only apply. - Fluency in Tamil mandatory
