Critical Experience Requirements

- Prior Experience in experience in Mortgage/ LAP/ Home Loan underwriting

- Knowledge of KYC documents.

- Knowledge of MS Office

- Understanding of financial documents for various entities like proprietorship firm, partnership firm, companies etc.

- Understanding of mortgage underwriting concepts and processes

Job Description / Responsibilities

- Credit Underwriting of LAP cases for as per policy.

- Analysis of financial ratios, cash flows assessment & recommendation of the proposal.

- Personal Discussion with the customer at his business premises.

- Appointment and Liaising with legal, technical, verification & other external vendors.

- Handling disbursements

- Track PDD status and ensure collection
