Deputy Manager - Credit Acceptance

Credit Underwriting:

- Analysing the customer’s financials.

- Extracting CIBIL reports.

- Decision loan applications.

- Managing the quality of loans so as to reduce delinquency.

MIS:

- Collate information for MIS preparation.

- Prepare reports for management information.

- Preparation of scorecards for customers and dealers.

- Do projects on ad hoc basis.

- Manage turnaround time with regards to F&I Managers and dealerships.

Agency Management:

- Managing external agencies involved in Field Investigation, Document verification and Valuation.

- Measuring their efficiency and suggesting ways to improve turnaround time.

- Verification and correct payment of Agency bills

Training:

- Prepare presentations for team training.

- Dealer Front End (DFE) data quality check and giving feedback to F&I Managers.

- Training of F&I Managers at F&I Manager’s Meet and on dealership visit.

- Training of External Agencies.
