Deputy Manager - Corporate Direct Tax - CA

We are looking for a qualified CA with 2-5 Years of experience post qualification for Pune location.

Roles include:

1) Completion of Tax Audit and filing of Income tax return. Prepare Tax Audit Plan. Inform all BU's about the details required for Tax audit and review the details received from BU.

2) TDS Return , Payments , TDS accounting. Ensure timely filing of TDS and TCS returns.

3) Payment of Advance tax and Accounting. Prepare computation of tax for payment of Advance Tax based on Latest Estimate.

4) Assessment, appeals and other Income tax compliance.

5) Completion of Transfer Pricing Audit. Finalise the associated enterprises and related parties for International Transfer Pricing.

6) Maintenance of Income tax Record. Maintain all the record of Tax Audit, Income tax returns, Assessment, appeals and other departmental communication
