Deputy Manager & Coordinator- Sales Job Requirements : - Collaborate with sales team to maintain sales pipeline database, setup and co-ordinate weekly review meetings - Prepare monthly, weekly, or daily sales pipeline analysis as per requirements of leadership - Rigorously follow-up with sales team to ensure completion of their action items and drive deal closure within agreed timelines - Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose performance improvements - Secure new sales, increase profit margins and drive higher levels of customer satisfaction through regular contact with existing accounts - Negotiate with clients and prepare/manage rate quotations, proposals, and other sales materials - Identify and develop list of potential clients - Expand the existing client base by cold-calling or bringing in known contacts - Manage receivables Functional Skills : - Strong command over MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word - Customer-focused orientation - Strong analytical thinking skills - Preferred to have experience in concept/consultative sales and ability to create value propositions - Experience in coordinating B2B Sales (corporate) program in a mid-sized organization - IT solutions, warehouse, EXIM, logistics sales experience would be a plus Soft Skills / Personal Characteristics : - Highly effective communicator, with strong "influencing" skills - Self -starter, independent worker. - High energy, motivated personality, and a robust problem-solving attitude - Ability to work and drive sales efforts across a diverse team - High degree of ownership and bias for action Experience Range: 0 - 3 years Qualification: MBA (Marketing and Sales) from a Top Tier B-School
