KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing including accruals, recurring & ad -hoc processing of journal entries

2) Monthly Balance sheet & P&L Analysis and GL account reconciliations in Blackline

3) Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies

4) Preparation of quarterly balance sheet, SEBI results and schedules for statutory audits and quarterly limited reviews

5) Managing Lease accounting as per IND AS 116 and ASC 842 (Analysis of Lease agreements for determining Right to use assets, and Lease liability, Embedded lease accounting, and review)

6) Preparation of Board meeting presentations and Annual General meeting shareholder questions responses we have not called out listed entity - I think that is relevant

7) Manage Fixed Assets capitalization review, including depreciation run and maintaining FAR

8) Support & Coordination on Indirect Tax / Direct Tax matters i.e segmental P&L, monthly returns, GST reconciliations, annual tax returns to ensure compliance

9) Responsible for maintaining a strong control environment and ensuring SOX Compliances


Salary offered: 10-14LPA
