Role : Deputy Manager - Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards ( BPO / ITeS /KPO)

Location : Mumbai

Job Description:

- Maintaining & managing Compensation globally across all geographies

- Managing & maintaining compensation data efficiently for all employees in the system.

- Assists the Manager in compensation planning, compensation budget setting and promotion cycle

- Facilitate the process of development and Implementation of Variable / Incentive pay plans

- Partnering with the HR Business Partner / Location HR to assist them with all rewards related queries

- Manage the resolution of compensation escalated inquiries

Educational Qualification & Work Experience: PG / MBA with 5 to 7 Yrs experience with min 3+yrs experience into C&B / Total Rewards function in BPO / ITeS / KPO or IT Services setup
