Job Description :
Assist HR Head in making periodic salary increments and bonus proposals.
Benchmark identified positions with market data
Administering the compensation review cycles for employees
Designing the framework for compensation revision
Drive the timely execution of PMS calendar and completion on HRMS
Design the special bonus policy for employees performing critical role and senior management
Analyzing the total cost impact due to change in payment of Bonus act and coming up with the plan to minimize the cost impact
Execution of merit increment, salary correction and appraisal within approved budget
Developing pay ranges and merit grid for all roles
Coordinate annual Performance Management process with units
