Deputy Manager - Commercial Operations - FMCG/FMCD - CA

TP Management :

a) Ensuring the better credit control and risk review for the TP's

b) Maintaining cash flow on the receivables with regular forecasting

c) Timely reconciliation as per SOP and resolution of open items

d) Ensuring the right and correct allocation of deductions and collections

- Scheme Management :

a) Management of price, scheme communication along with business

b) Calculation, provision and timely settlement of schemes

c) Make sure the generation and utilisation is tracked, reviewed and updated to the stakeholders

- MIS & Reporting :

a) Regular update to the business on sales, receivables and D&A

b) Review of business results of NR/Discount on actuals vs forecast, vs previous months & last year

c) Adherence to the timeline and checklist for monthly reporting

- Controls and Compliance :

a) Compliance to SOP/SOX

b) Monthly preparation of schedules for any time ready audit

c) Managing External and Internal Auditors

d) Focusing on the continuous process improvements

Required Candidate profile :

- Require CA or MBA Finance

- Strong knowledge of business processes

- Strong knowledge of SAP processes

- Strong project, time management and interpersonal skills

- Strong Analytical knowledge

- Excellent presentation and communication skills

- Strong knowledge in Excel & hands on in working with different system
