BD - Deputy Manager- Client and Markets

It is a high visibility unique role to work on priority accounts or sectors directly with Partners and Directors. Primarily to drive business development for priority accounts (conglomerates) or an industry for Big 4

As part of our client-centric, high-performing team, we are focused on identifying and facilitating client relationships with priority accounts. We are looking for a middle management level role to assist in strategic account planning and lead generation.
The role requires the candidate to work closely within the internal Company network (LCSPs, Practice Partners) and in the market to tap into existing accounts and meet potential clients. She/he will :
Form a crucial link between the Practice and the Industry by matching specific client needs to services provided by the Firm
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization and mine for opportunities
Develop connects with industry bodies to build eminence in the market for the practice
Stay proactively connected with the Client's Global Account team on a regular basis
Research and build relationships with new clients by leveraging your internal and external network
Play a key role in marquee events like CFO forum, roundtables and identify opportunities for campaigns, services to be introduced
Develop knowledge of capabilities across lines of service and coordinate client related activities within company.
Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
Devise the channel usage strategy ( print, web, social media etc.) to showcase practice specific content and offering to increase market eminence
Use knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met
Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.
As a high performing Client Relationship Deputy Manager, you are likely to possess the following key attributes:
MBA- Tier I/II only(please feel free to share in your network)
Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant working experience in managing global accounts
Consulting experience would be preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Resourceful, possesses strong business acumen and results-oriented
Self-starters who are able to work in teams as well as independently
Strong communication skills
Strong BD orientation to achieve targets
You should also be a good team player, and are highly adaptable to working independently and effectively under pressure in a fast-moving environment. In addition, you should demonstrate the ability to think strategically
Ability/experience to interact with C-suite executives is a must.
