Key Responsibilities:
- Translate brand elements into comprehensive plans and go-to-market strategies across various touchpoints.
- Develop below-the-line activities and initiatives to enhance brand visibility in multiple regions.
- Collaborate closely with advertising agencies to conceptualize and execute brand campaigns.
- Create comprehensive campaign reports using key insights and results to inform future projects.
- Work alongside marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective promotional programs.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and potential threats.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-starting approach.
- Extensive experience in creating and executing impactful marketing and brand campaigns.
- Proficiency in developing 360-degree marketing plans.
- Strong exposure to agency handling and management.
- Ability to establish and utilize key performance indicators (KPIs) to develop marketing solutions.
- An ideal candidate would hold an MBA degree with 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a core brand role.
