Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager - SAP ( S&D ) Sales & Distribution Module Our client is a large industrial house in Oil & Gas domain and they would like to fill-up following position asap. Position : Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager - SAP ( S&D ) Sales & Distribution Module Location : Noida Education : B. Tech/MBA Experience : 6-8 years of SAP S&D experience in a large corporate out of which 4-5 Years in Oil Industry or IS-Oil Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : 1. Job purpose is to work as Core Team Member to design and implement SAP Sales and Distribution Module. Other responsibilities are as follows. - Sustenance of SAP business processes in area of Sales ( Solid Products- Polypropylene, Pet coke, Sulphur, Liquid product- Petrol, Diesel, LPG etc. ). Some of the key processes are: - Billing Management - Pricing - Order to pay - Credit Management - Master Data Management - Rebate Management - Transportation and Freight Management - Inventory Management - Integration across other modules i.e. MM, FI, etc. - To take up new business requirement in form of change request and ensure quality deliverables - Completion of documentations along with training data for end users - Ensuring process compliance related to GST, TCS etc. - To work closely with sustenance Partner for: - Configuration of SAP System - Testing of System - Validation of Deliverables submitted by Implementation Partner as per business requirements - Providing First level of support to end users - Developing Roles and Authorization Matrix - Play active role in development of KPIs and reporting in marketing area 2. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE : Educational Qualifications : - The candidate should be an Engineer and/or MBA (Marketing) - Preferably from Tier-II Institute and above. Experience : - The Candidate should have an experience of 6-8 years in SAP Sales and Distribution Module - The candidate should have an experience of 4-5 Years in Oil Industry or IS-Oil. - Preferably certification in SAP Sales and Distribution Module.
