Deputy Manager / Asst.Manager - HR (only from logistic industry is must)
Recruitment & Selection :
- Carrying out the function of Human Talent through the implementation of procedures in recruitment, selection and hiring.
- Dealing for requirement needs and manpower planning with respective department of particular requirement.
- Managing and implementation of recruitment cycle after sourcing the best talent from diverse backgrounds.
- To ensure the selection process within TAT and screening candidates for interview.
- Final selection and ensure the joining formalities.
- Host induction for new joined employees.
Training & Development :
- Identifying training needs through mapping of skill requirements for different roles and analysis of the existing level of competencies.
- Preparation of training calendar and execution of training programs.
- Measuring of training effectiveness and drives to carry feedback from individuals and departmental heads.
- Taking care of maintenance of training database and records and preparation of training MIS.
Personnel & Administration :
- Supervising activities of time management on daily basis.
- Payroll Management- Attendance, Leave Reconciliation and Payroll Finalization.
- Maintaining Employee Records - Coordinating, Personal files, full and final settlements.
- Responsible for the insurance policies, such as Medi-claim, Personal Accidental.
- Responsible for employee welfares like LTA, salary advances, transfer and relocation allowances.
- To ensure the statutory deduction of PF, ESIC, PT and welfare amounts etc.
- Responsible of exit formalities.
- Employee motivational activities: Recreation and related facilities.
Statutory Compliance :
- Handling statutory compliance under the various labour laws.
- Assist to local management and HR team to fulfill statutory compliance at their respective locations.
- Preparation of monthly, half yearly and annually returns.
- Responsible for Compliance, Legal case matters and Minimum Wages tracker.
- Ensure to renewal of Factory, Shop and Establishments license, Certificate of Registration for Contract Labour within stipulated time.
- Liaising with Govt. officials: GLO, DISH officer, shop inspector, other local statutory bodies and maintaining healthy relations.
Industrial Relation :
- Responsible for smooth and cordial Employee Relations across all establishments.
- Dealing with the Employees Union (Internal as well as Federations)
- Handling employee grievances related to HR process and policies.
- Foster harmonious relations between the management and employees and resolve the issues through bilateral discussion.
- Play a key role in negotiation and finalization of terms of employment of workmen with the Local Unions and Federations.
- Understanding employee needs and resolving their concerns within the defined timelines.
- Responsible to take disciplinary action in case of any misconduct or misbehave within ambit of Labour Law.
- Liaising with internal customers to obtain necessary approvals/sanctions.
- Interact with Advocates for drafts, case dates, updates, hearing and proceedings etc.
- Represent the Company in Court cases; appear before the central as well as the State Government Labour Department.
