Deputy Manager/ Asstt Manager - Finance @ Noida Our client is a large industrial house in Oil & Gas domain and they would like to fill-up following position asap. Candidate should be from Oil & Gas domain. Position : Deputy Manager/ Asstt Manager - Finance Location : Noida Education : Qualified CA Experience : 6-10 Years of post CA experience in an Oil & Gas Company/Petroleum Refinery. Compensation : Commensurate with education and experience Role Responsibilities and Desired Profile : - Preparation of financials as per Ind AS for parent and subsidiary companies and Consolidation - Preparation of Management notes justifying key and material impact concerning financial significance - Ability to drive Internal financial control process of the Company - Inter company Reconciliation and complying reporting requirement as per Ind AS 24 reporting requirement - Preparation of Supporting and Audit files on Profit and loss and Balance sheet items viz. Finance cost and Operating cost, Borrowings etc provide analysis & reasoning out variances in support of Tax Audit and Income tax Return - Reasonable knowledge of Companies Act 2013 provisions pertaining to Governance and financial parameters - XBRL filing knowledge and process control - Sound and good working knowledge in SAP/ERP platform - Fixed Asset accounting process handling - Involvement in procurement negotiation and approvals - The candidate should be a CA with good command of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP - FI and MM Module is desirable but not must. Knowledge of Hydrocarbon (Petroleum Refinery) Material Reconciliation and oil accounting. Petroleum Refinery Performance reporting.
